AGM: Transferring registration, depository data of AGM shares from HOSE to UPCOM

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for AGM shares from HOSE to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered securities: 18,200,000  shares
- Total value of registered securities: VND 182,000,000,000
From 13/05/2025, VSDC branch will transfer data of registration and depository of AGM shares from HOSE to UPCOM.
Reason: An Giang Import Export Company's shares are delisted from HOSE according to Decision No. 206/QD-SGDHCM dated 09/04/2025 of Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
