AGP: Payment of 2024 Cash and Stock Dividend

- Execution rate: 10: 01 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 1 right for each share they own and to receive 1 new share for every 10 rights)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares:  The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares will be removed.
For example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 128 shares are entitled to receive (128/10*01)= 12.80 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 12 shares, the 0.8 fractional shares will be removed.
The positive difference between the total amount expected to be used to issue shares for dividend payment (calculated at par value of VND 10,000/share) and the total value of the actual shares distributed to existing shareholders (calculated at par value of VND 10,000/share) will be allocated to the Company's development investment fund.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Agimexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, no.27 Nguyen Thai Hoc, My Binh ward, Long Xuyen city, An Giang province on working days. ID cards have to be presented.
