TNP: Change in personnel

Thi Nai Port Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Ms. Lam Anh Vy has been dismissed from Chair of the Board of Directors with effect since April 16, 2025 (term 2020 – 2025)
- Ms. Dong Thi Anh has been dismissed from Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors with effect since April 16, 2025 (term 2020 – 2025)
- Mr. Lam Dinh An has been dismissed from Member of the Board of Directors with effect since April 16, 2025 (term 2020 – 2025)
-.Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai has been dismissed from Chief of Supervisory Board with effect since April 16, 2025 (term 2020 – 2025)
 -Ms. Vo Thi Thu Hien has been dismissed from Member of Supervisory Board with effect since April 16, 2025 (term 2020 – 2025)
- Ms  Phan Thi Kim Toan has been dismissed from Member of Supervisory Board with effect since April 16, 2025 (term 2020 – 2025)
- Mr. Lam Duy Viet has been appointed from Chair of the Board of Directors with effect since April 16, 2025 (term 2025 – 2030)
- Ms. Lam Anh Vy has been appointed Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors with effect since April 16, 2025 (term 2025 – 2030)
- Ms. Dong Thi Anh has been appointed Member of the Board of Directors with effect since April 16, 2025 (term 2025 – 2030)
