- Mr. Le Phat Tai has resigned from Chair of the Board with effect since 17/04/2025
- Ms. Le Mai Han has resigned from Vice Chair of the Board with effect since 17/04/2025
- Mr. Doan Quang Long has been appointed Chair of the Board with effect since 17/04/2025
- Ms. Le Thi Thao has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 17/04/2025
