SSM: Decision on stock under continued alert and continued supervision and Notice on stock status

* Decision on stock under continued alert:
Following Decision No. 454/QD-SGDHN dated 18/04/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: Steel Structure Manufacture JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: SSM
- Effective date: 23/04/2025
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2024 was negative;
- Basis for review: Financial Statements 2024 audited by Moore AISC Auditing and Information Technology Services Company Limited.
- Applicable regulations: Points b Section 1 Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
- This Decision supersedes Decision No. 90/QD-SGDHN dated 27/02/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on the stock under alert.

Following Decision No. 455/QD-SGDHN dated 18/04/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued supervision as follows:
- Issuer: Steel Structure Manufacture JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: SSM
- Effective date: 23/04/2025
- Reason: Although the profit after tax in 2024 was positive, the undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2024 was negative
- Basis for review: Financial Statements 2024 audited by International Audit and Valuation Co., Ltd.
- Applicable regulations: Point b Section 4 Article 38 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
- This Decision supersedes Decision No. 91/QD-SGDHN dated 27/02/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on the stock under alert.

- SSM shares are under alert according to Decision No. 454/QD-SGDHN dated 18/04/2025 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange as the undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2024 was negative;
- SSM shares are under supervision according to Decision No. 455/QD-SGDHN dated 18/04/2025 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange because although the profit after tax in 2024 was positive, undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2024 was negative.
