LPT: Change in personnel

Lap Phuong Thanh Production And Trading Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Pham Anh Tuan has been appointed Chair of the BOD for the term 2025-2030 with effect since 18/04/2025;
- Mr. Pham Van Tao has been appointed Member of the BOD cum General Manager for the term 2025-2030 with effect since 18/04/2025;
- Ms. Pham Thi Huyen has been appointed independent Member of the BOD cum Chair of the Audit Committee for the term 2025-2030 with effect since 18/04/2025;
- Ms. Tran Thi Phuong has been appointed Member of the BOD for the term 2025-2030 with effect since 18/04/2025;
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Nhung has been appointed Member of the BOD cum Member of the Audit Committee for the term 2025-2030 with effect since 18/04/2025.
