DDG: Decision on stock under continued alert and Notice on stock status

* Decision on stock under continued alert:
Following Decision No. 465/QD-SGDHN dated 21/04/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: Indochine Import Export Investment Industrial Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: DDG
- Effective date: 23/04/2025
- Reason: The listed organization was late in submitting the audited separate and consolidated financial statements for 2024 more than 15 days after the prescribed deadline;
- Other reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2023 is negative;
- Applicable regulations: Point b and point g, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
- This Decision supersedes Decision No. 1144/QD-SGDHN dated 21/10/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on the stock under continued alert.

HNX announced the status of Indochine Import Export Investment Industrial Joint Stock Company (stock code: DDG) as follows:
- DDG shares are under alert according to Decision No. 465/QD-SGDHN dated April 2, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange due to the listed organization's delay in submitting audited separate and consolidated financial statements for 2024 more than 15 days after the prescribed deadline and the undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2023 is a negative number;
- DDG shares are under supervision under Decision No. 1070/QD-SGDHN dated October 7, 2024 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange due to the listed organization's delay in submitting the audited separate and consolidated semi-annual financial statements for 2024 more than 30 days after the prescribed deadline.
