KSQ: Stock at risk of delisting

On 03/04/2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced the following: KSQ shares of CNC Capital Viet Nam.,JSC are likely to be delisted according to the provisions of Point h, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP because the auditing organization has a qualified opinion on the Company's annual financial statements for 03 consecutive years (2022, 2023, 2024). Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider conducting mandatory delisting of KSO shares according to regulations. HNX have requested the Corporation to reply on this aforementioned issue within 05 working days from this notice.
