CVN: Stock at risk of delisting

Following Notice No. 1796/TB-SGDHN dated 23/04/2025 by Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), HNX hereby announces the following:
CVN shares of Vinam Joint Stock Company (the Company) are likely to be subject to compulsory delisting according to the provisions of Point i, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP due to the listing organization's violation of late submission of annual financial reports for 3 consecutive years (2022, 2023 and 2024). Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider conducting compulsory delisting of CVN shares according to regulations.
