* Decision on stock under supervision:
Pursuant to Decision No. 471/QD-SGDHN dated April 21, 2025, HNX announces the stock is under supervision as follows:
- Issuer: Thang Long Investment Group Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: TIG
- Effective date: 24/4/2025
- Reason: The Company failed to make public the Audited Financial Statements for 2 consecutive years (2023 and 2024)
- Basis for review: Audited financial statements for 2023 and 2024 of Thang Long Investment Group Joint Stock Company;
- Applicable regulations: Point h, Clause 1, Article 38 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
