VNX: Notification on transfer date of shares subject to trading registration change

According to the Document No. 1790/TB-SGDHN dated 23/04/2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange regarding the first trading date of VNX shares subject to trading registration change, details are as follows:

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to notify all Depository members to follow and make transfer of the above shares from the trade pending accounts to trading accounts for clients (if any) on 06/05/2025 (Public offering, record date: 26/12/2024)
The restrictedly transferable shares can only be traded after being registered for adjustment of restrictedly transferable securities type with VSDC by the issuer and notice of official trading day by the Stock Exchange.
