BVS: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for 2025 corporate action processing

On April 21, 2025, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) received Document No. 471/2025/BVSC-QLHD dated April 18, 2025 of Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (stock code BVS) regarding the cancellation of the List of securities owners exercising the right to attend 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). VSDC would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of BVS's shareholders for 2025 Annual General Meeting, the record date: March 24, 2025 according to Notice No. 744/TB-VSDC dated February 27, 2025 of VSDC.
Reason: To make a better preparation for the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited BVS shares at DMs.
