MEF: Notification on the transfer date of shares subject to change in trading registration

According to the Document No.1691/TB-SGDHN dated 18/04/2025 of Ha Noi Stock Exchange regarding the first trading date of MEF shares subject to change in trading registration, details are as follows:

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to notify all depository members to follow and make transfer of the above shares from the trade pending accounts to trading accounts for clients (if any) on 25/04/2025 (Issuance under ESOP)
The restrictedly transferable shares can only be traded after being registered for adjustment of restrictedly transferable securities type with VSDC by the issuer and notice of official trading day by the Stock Exchange.
