- Le Minh Tuan, General Manager, has been appointed Vice Chair of the Board with effect since 24/04/2025 (term 5 years)
- Truong Hai Hung, Deputy General Manager, has been appointed Director with effect since 24/04/2025 (term 5 years)
- Truong Hong Phong, Director, has been appointed Chair of the Board with effect since 24/04/2025 (term 5 years)
- Phan Van Phuc has been appointed Director with effect since 24/04/2025 (term 5 years)
- Nguyen Quoc Trung has been re-appointed Vice Chair of the Board with effect since 24/04/2025 (term 5 years)
- Truong Viet Tien has been appointed Chief of the S.B with effect since 24/04/2025 (term 5 years)
- Trinh Thi Van Anh and Do Thi Thu Nga have been appointed Member of the S.B with effect since 24/04/2025 (term 5 years)
- Nguyen Ngoc Anh has been dismissed from Vice Chair of the Board with effect since 24/4/2025
