PJS: VSDC’s Notice on cancellation of record date for AGM 2025

On April 25, 2025, Phu Hoa Tan Water Supply Joint Stock Company announced Notice No. 3258/VSDC-DKCP.NV by the Vietnam Securities Depository Corporation on cancellation of the record date for the list of shareholders to attend the Annual General Mandate 2025 as follows:
Cancel Notice of record date on March 21, 2025 to exercise the rights to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting in Notice No. 276/TB-CNVSDC dated February 21, 2025 by the VSDC.
Reason: the company change the time to organize the Annual General Mandate 2025.
