1. Ms. Vu Thi Ha has been appointed Member of the BOD cum Member of the Inspection Committee term 2023-2028 with effect since 25/04/2025
2. Mr. Pham Trong Binh has been appointed Independent Member of the BOD cum Chair of the Inspection Committee term 2023-2028 with effect since 25/04/2025
3. Mr. Nguyen Vu Thien has been dismissed from Member of the BOD with effect since 25/04/2025
4. Ms. Vu Thi Ha has been dismissed from Chief of Supervisory Board, Member of the Supervisory Board with effect since 25/04/2025
5. Mr. Le Thanh Hai has been dismissed from Member of the Supervisory Board with effect since 25/04/2025
6. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh has been dismissed from Member of the Supervisory Board with effect since 25/04/2025.
