DVN: Change in personnel

Viet Nam Pharmaceutical Corporation - Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Tran Duc Hung has resigned from Audit Committee Member, Vice-chair of the BOD and Member of the BOD with effect since 21/04/2025;
- Mr. Nguyen Tien Dzung has been appointed Audit Committee Member, Vice-chair of the BOD and Member of the BOD for the rest of the term 2021-2026 with effect since 21/04/2025.
