BMP: Second Advance Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 62.5%/share (VND 6,250 per share).
- Payment time: 05/06/2025
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company - 240 Hau Giang, District 6, Ho Chi Minh City from 8:00 to 11:00 and 13:00 to 15:30 every Monday to Friday, starting from June 5, 2025. ID cards have to be presented.
