- Meeting time: 24/06/2025 tentatively
- Meeting venue: At the Head office of Pho Yen Mechanical Joint Stock Company, Bong Hong Quarter, Pho Yen Town, Thai Nguyen Province
- Meeting agenda:
+     Reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), Supervisory Boards (SB) on 2024 performance results and 2025 plan;
+    Report on 2024 production, business activities results and 2025 plan; 
+    Proposal on approving 2024 audited financial statements;
+    Proposal on 2024 profit distribution plan, 2024 dividend payment rate;
+    Proposal for approving the list of auditing companies for 2025 financial statements;
+    Report on 2024 salary and remuneration for the BOD and SB and 2025 plan;
+ Dismissal of BOD members and election of additional BOD members for 2022-2027 term;
+ Other issues within the authority of the General meeting
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
