TAW: Payment of 2023 and 2024 Cash Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Reason and purpose: Payment of 2023 and 2024 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 16%/share (VND 1,600 per share).
+ The residual payment of 2023 cash dividend is 4%/share (01 share receives VND 400);
+ The Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend is 12%/share (01 share receives VND 1,200).

- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Financial Accounting Department of Trung An Water Supply Joint Stock Company (No. 449-451, Tan Son, Ward 12, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City, phone (028 35885672) on working days of the week, from 27/6/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
