+ Proposal for selecting an independent audit company for 2025 financial statements
+ Proposal for approving all transactions with related parties stated in the notes to 2024 audited financial statements
+ Proposal for approving transactions with related parties to be implemented from 2025 to 2026 Annual general meeting
+ Proposal for dismissing BOD, SB members of 2020-2025 term and election of BOD, SB member for 2025-2030 term
+ Proposal for revising the Charter (19th revision)
+ Proposal for revising Internal regulation on corporate governance (1st revision)
