- Meeting agenda:
+ 2024 business report and 2025 plan;
+ Approval of 2024 financial statements;
+ Approval of earnings reserved for 2024  funds and other issues 
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
