Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time:  27/06/2025 tentatively
- Meeting venue: Ba Ria Urban Service Joint Stock Company, No. 11 Huynh Ngoc Hay, Phuoc Trung Ward, Ba Ria City, Vung Tau Province.
- Tentative Meeting agenda: approval of  2024 business results, 2025 business plan and other related contents which will be specifically announced in the annual general meeting documents.
