VNM: Correcting information of the notice of the record date

Pursuant to document No. 649/CV-CTS.TC/2025 dated May 7, 2025 of Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (stock code: VNM) on correcting the content in the notice of the record date for the first payment of 2024 residual  cash Dividend, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation - Ho Chi Minh City Branch (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
- Announced information in the notice no. 895/TB-CNVSDC dated 29/04/2025 by VSDC:
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose securities have not been deposited will receive dividend at Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company, address No. 10 Tan Trao, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City starting from May 23, 2025. ID cards have to be presented.

Reason: To comply with  2023 Law Identification
Other contents in the notice No. 895/TB-CNVSDC dated April 29, 2025 remain unchanged.
