DGW: Payment of 2024 cash dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 5% per share (owning 1 share receives 500 VND)
- Execution time: 04/06/2025

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will have to complete procedures to receive cash dividends at the headquarters of Digiworld Corp. 15th floor, Etown Central building, No. 11 Doan Van Bo, Ward 13, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City (on weekdays) starting from 04/06/2025 and present their citizen identification card.
