Quang Ninh Thermal power joint stock company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Tran Duc Hung has resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 27/04/2025
- Mr. Ngo Sinh Nghia has resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 27/04/2025
- Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh was re-elected as Member of the BOD, Chair of the Board effective from 27/04/2025
- Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung was re-elected as Member of the BOD effective from 27/04/2025
- Mr. Le Viet Cuong was elected as Member of the BOD effective from 27/04/2025
- Mr. Tong Quang Vinh was elected as Member of the BOD effective from 27/04/2025
