HLD: Remove out of alert and Notice of stock status

Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 529/QD-SGDHN dated 12/5/2024 on removing out of alert status on the following stock:
- Issuer: HUDLAND Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: HLD
- Effective date: May 14, 2025
- Reason: The listed organization has resolved the cause leading to the stock being alert;
- Applicable regulations: Clause 4, Article 36 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- This Decision replaces Decision No. 702/QD-SGDHN dated July 3, 2024 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange on placing on the warning list.

- HLD shares are out of alert and back to normal status under Decision No. 529/QD-SGDHN dated 12/5/2024 because the listed organization has resolved the cause leading to the stock being alert.
