PCG: Stock at risk of delisting

On 12/05/2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced the following: PCG shares of Petro Viet Nam Gas City Investment and Development Joint Stock Company are likely to be delisted under Point e Section 1 Article 120 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP as the audit firm refused to express an opinion on the Company’s 2024 financial statements, thus classified as at risk of mandatory delisting.
HNX have requested the Corporation to reply on this aforementioned issue within 5 days from this notice.
