VPB: Adjustment to the notice on payment of 2024 cash dividend

On 12/05/2025, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) received Document No. 107/2025/CVHĐQT-VPB dated 12/05/2025 from Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (stock code VPB) regarding the correction of content related to payment of 2024 cash dividend. VSDC announces the change in content in Notice No. 1762/TB-VSDC dated 07/05/2025 of VSDC as follows:

Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at VPBank Securities Joint Stock Company (VPBankS - 21st and 25th floors, VPBank Tower, 89 Lang Ha, Dong Da, Hanoi) on working days of the week starting from the payment date of 23/05/2025. ID cards have to be presented.Specific procedures follow VPBankS's instructions.
