HVH: Payment of 2024 Stock Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 100:7 (shareholders are entitled to 7 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): the number of shares received will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal  fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
Example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 123 shares are entitled to receive (123/100) x 7 = 8.61 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 8 shares, the 0.61 fractional shares will be removed.
Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company, level 8, Tower C, Ho Guom Plaza, 102 Tran Phu, Mo Lao ward, Ha Dong district, Hanoi. ID cards have to be presented.
