- Meeting time: late  6/2025 tentatively
- Meeting venue: Level 7, Hai An Building, Km+2 Dinh Vu Road, Dong Hai II Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong City
- Meeting agenda:
+ Approval of 2024 production & business results, 2025 plan;
+ Reports by the CEO, Board of Directors, Supervisory Board;
+ Approval of 2024 audited financial statements; 
+ 2024 profit distribution report;
+ Selection of 2025 auditing company;
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting.
