DHG: Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 60%/share (VND 6,000 per share).
- Payment time: 18/06/2025
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the head office of Hau Giang Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, No. 288 Bis Nguyen Van Cu, An Hoa Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City on working days of the week starting from June 18, 2025. ID cards have to be presented.
