PLC: Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 5%/share (VND 500 per share).
- Payment time: 17/06/2025
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Petrolimex Petrochemical Joint Stock Company, 18th floor, No. 229 Tay Son, Khuong Thuong Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi City (on weekdays) starting from June 17, 2025 ID cards have to be presented.
