GLW: Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 5% (500 VND per share)
- Payment time: 16/06/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Accounting department of Gia Lai Water Supply Sewerage Joint Stock Company, no.388 Ly Thai To, Yen Do ward, Pleiku city, Gia Lai province on working days (Monday ~ Friday) from 16/06/2025. Following documents are required:
*By cash: passbook, ID cards
*By bank transfer: shareholders are requested to fill the form and send to the Accounting department of Gia Lai Water Supply Sewerage Joint Stock Company at the above address. The company only transfers dividend to the account of the relevant shareholders who shall bear the transfer fee.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
