HNI: Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 15%/share (1,500 VND per share)
- Payment time: 05/06/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend via bank transfer to registered accounts or at the Finance-Accounting department of Huu Nghi Garment Joint Stock Company, Ms. Tuoi - treasurer, 636-638 Nguyen Duy, Xom Cui ward , district 8, Hochiminh city (1:30 pm - 4:00 pm on working days) from 05/06/2025. ID cards have to be presented. Or if the shareholder has registered an account to receive dividend, the Company will transfer money to the account that the shareholder has registered.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
