HUT: Resignation letters

Tasco Joint Stock Company received the Application for resignation from the positions of Member of the Board of Directors and Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Mr. Dinh Duc Tung and Mr. Tran Duc Huy, respectively. Pursuant to Point b, Clause 1, Article 160 of the Law on Enterprises 2020 and Point b, Clause 4, Article 25 of the Company's Charter, the resignation of Mr. Dinh Duc Tung and Mr. Tran Duc Huy will take effect from the time of consideration and approval by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
