- Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong has resigned from Member of the BOD cum Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect since 12/05/2025
- Mr. Tran Ba Dung has resigned from Member of the BOD cum Member of the Audit Committee with effect since 12/05/2025
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Quyen has been appointed Chair of the BOD cum Deputy General Manager with effect since 12/05/2025
- Mr. Nguyen Van Quan has been appointed Member of the BOD cum General Manager with effect since 12/05/2025
- Ms. Tran Thi Hong Khang has been appointed Member of the BOD cum Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect since 12/05/2025
