- Meeting time: 27/06/2025
- Meeting venue: Pan Pacific hotel, no.1 Thanh Nien road, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi
- Meeting agenda:

+ Approval of reports by  the Board of Directors (BOD), the Supervisory Board (SB) on 2024 activities;
+ Approval of 2024 financial statements and profit distribution plan;
+ Approval of 2025, 2025-2030 production and business plan;
+ Approval of 2024 remuneration/salary payment rate for the BOD, SB and 2025 plan;
+ Approval of selecting an inselecting an independent audit company for auditing 2025 and 2026 financial statements
+ Appproval of contracts, transactions between the Company and related people of the Company
+ Approval of the dismissal and election of BOD members
+ Other issues within the authority of the General Meeting (if any)
