Tentative Meeting agenda:
- Summary report on 2024 production and business activities, 2025 orientation and task;
- Report on 2024 activities by the Board of Directors;
- Report on 2024 activities by the Supervisory Board;
- 2024 audited financial statements;
- Proposal for 2024 profit distribution; 2025 profit distribution plan, remuneration to the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, bonuses for executives and employees in 2025;
- Proposal for selecting an auditing Company for 2025 fiscal year;
- Proposal for dismissal of members of the Board of Directors for the term of 2021 - 2026 and election of members of the Board of Directors for the term  of 2021 - 2026;
- Some other issues within the authority of the General Meeting (if any).
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
