Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Meeting time: 27/6/2025 tentatively. Meeting venue will be announced in the meeting materials and invitation letters (and uploaded on the website www.cotracoqna.vn)  as stipulated by applicable laws

- Meeting agenda:
+ Report by the Management Board on 2024 production & business results and 2025 plan
+ Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2024 leading and managing production and business activities, 2025 mission
+ Report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on 2024 activities, 2025 workplan
+ Approval of 2024 audited Financial Statements
+ Proposal for 2024 profit distribution and dividend plan.
+ Proposal for 2024 remuneration for the BOD and SB and 2025 estimated remuneration.
+ Proposal for selecting an auditing company for the 2025 financial statements.
+ Other relevant issues
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
