HII: Payment of 2024 cash dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 3%/share (300 VND per share)
- Payment time: 06/06/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at An Tien Industries Joint Stock Company - Southern Industrial Park, Van Phu Commune, Yen Bai City, Yen Bai Province on working days from 06/06/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
