TSA: Payment of 2024 stock dividend

Execution rate: 100:5 (Shareholders are entitled to 5 new shares for every 100 shares that they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed
- Example: On record date, Shareholder A who owns 1,234 shares are entitled to receive 61.7 new shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 61 new shares, the 0.7 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive stock dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Truong Son Investment And Construction Joint Stock Company - Chau Son Industrial Park, Chau Son Ward, Phu Ly City, Ha Nam Province. ID cards have to be presented.
