NVP: Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 3.25%/share (325VND per share)
In case the dividend amount is fractional, it will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal is equal to or greater than 5, it will be rounded up; if the first decimal is less than 5 then the fractional part will be removed)
- Payment time: 23/06/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Vinh Phuc Water Supply Joint Stock Company, no.220 Tran Phu, Phuc Thang ward, Phuc Yen city, Vinh Phuc province on working days from 23/06/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
