L18: Share issuance due to raising share capital from owner's equity

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution ratio: 10:2 (shareholders owning 10 shares will receive 2 additionally issued shares).
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number.The fractional shares will be removed.
For example: On the record date for exercising the right to receive shares issued for raising share capital from owner's equity, shareholder A owning 186 shares A will be entitled to receive 186*20/100 = 37.20 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 37 shares, the fractional share of 0.2 will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository accounts.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at Construction And Investment Stock Company No 18, no.471 Nguyen Trai road, Thanh Xuan Bac ward, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi on working days. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
