VWS: Payment of 2024 residual cash dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 8%/share (800 VND per share)
- Payment time:  16/06/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at the Finance-Accounting department of Vietnam Water, Sanitation and Environment Joint Stock Company from 16/06/2025. ID cards (for individuals) and letter of introduction/power of attorney (for institutions) signed by legal representative have to be presented. In case of authorization, power of attorney certified by the relevant people's committee is required.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
