• Volume of delisted shares: 29,699,991 shares 
• Value of delisted shares (by par value): VND296,999,910,000
• Desiring date: May 30, 2025;
• Last trading day at HNX: May 29, 2025
• Reason: Vinam JSC violated the late submission of annual financial reports for 3 consecutive years (2022, 2023 and 2024), which is a case of mandatory delisting according to the provisions of Point i, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 55/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Securities Law.
