GPC: Change in personnel

Green Plus Joint Stock Corporation announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Dang Duc Thanh has been appointed Chair of the BOD for the term 2025-2030 with effect since 16/05/2025;
- Ms. Lam Thi Dieu Huong and Ms. Dang Bich Hong have been appointed Member of the BOD for the term 2025-2030 with effect since 16/05/2025;
- Mr. Pham Hoang Luong has been appointed independent Member of the BOD for the term 2025-2030 with effect since 16/05/2025;
- Mr. Hang Nhat Quang has been appointed Chief of Supervisory Board for the term 2025-2030 with effect since 16/05/2025;
- Mr. Tran Cong Loc and Mr. Nguyen Minh Cuong have been appointed Member of Supervisory Board for the term 2025-2030 with effect since 16/05/2025.
