On March 31, 2025, Ben Tre Construction Materials Joint Stock Company received Official Letter No. 366/DTKDV-CNPN dated March 25, 2025 from SCIC confirming that Mr. Dang Minh Thua was prosecuted by the Can Tho City Police Investigation Agency in connection with violations occurring at Can Tho Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction Joint Stock Company and this information was reported in the media, Mr. Dang Minh Thua - a member of the Board of Directors of the Company had his resignation letter approved by the Board of Directors on September 19, 2024 from September 20, 2024 and will be submitted to the nearest general meeting of shareholders for decision according to Resolution No. 08/2024/NQ-HDQT dated September 20, 2024).
