       + Exercise rate: 10:2 (On the record date for the list of shareholders to exercise the right to receive shares issued to increase share capital from the source of owners' equity, shareholders owning 10 shares are entitled to receive 02 newly issued shares)
       + Plan on handling fractional shares: Number of additionally issued shares to increase share capital from the source of owners' equity will be rounded to the nearest unit. The fractional shares resulting from rounding down (if any) will be canceled.
For example: On the record date for the list of shareholders to exercise the right to receive shares issued due to the increase in share capital from the source of owners' equity, shareholder Nguyen Van A currently owns 186 shares. Accordingly, shareholder A will be entitled to receive an additional 186*20/100 = 37.20 shares. According to the plan on handling fractional, the number of shares that shareholder A is entitled to receive after rounding down to the nearest whole number is 37 shares, and the remaining 0.20 fractional share will be canceled.

- For undeposited shares: Investment and Construction JSC No.18 on working days (from Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.
