On 22/05/2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced the following: PPI shares of Spiral Galaxy Joint Stock Company are likely to be delisted under Point o Section 1 Article 120 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP as the Company has made severe infringements on information disclosure obligations to the Exchange, thus classified as at risk of mandatory delisting. HNX have requested the Corporation to reply on this aforementioned issue within 5 days from this notice.
